Project 1 is on going~
Each community should has its own specific concept before they been draw into plans. They can be integrated community, garden city, self-sustainable community, peaceful oasis, sea breeze etc...
At the last night, we had chosen few sites for Project 1.
a) Ashley Green, Bukit Gambier
b) Sierra Vista, Bukit Jambul
c) Botanica CT, Balik Pulau
d) Sunway Bukit Gambier.
Today morning, we had pay a visit to Sierra Vista & Botanica CT~
Sierra Vista is a residential area where located in Bukit Jambul. Due to today is weekend, the security is not allow us to enter the residential area, as our presence within area might create inconvenience and harassment to the local residents.
The concept of Sierra Vista is a gated community. In the front and side of the Sierra Vista can see a mini waterfall. However, this site had rejected as it only focus on the residential. the aspects to be touched are too small.
Botanica CT, Balik Pulau
The next alternative is Botanica CT, Balik Pulau. The concept of Botanica CT is self-sustainable garden community where green is the theme. The site is 300 acres and it is partly completed. This site is accepted for this project.
